On November 25, 2011, ICC Georgia held its fourth General Assembly over a lunch at the Betsy's Hotel.

The agenda included a power point presentation of ICC-Georgia's upcoming events in 2012; Addition of one article to ICC's bylaws and elections of a new board member to replace Ms. Nona Mamulashvili.

In his address, ICC's Chairman, Fady Asly, welcomed the members and made a presentation on the Chambers' activities and outstanding events in the beginning of 2012, these are:

o Seminar on Documentary Credits and ICC Rules;
o Presentation of "Incoterms 2010" translated into Georgian language;
o ICC's Regional Meeting of Middle East and North Africa

According to absolute number of votes, there was an addition made to ICC's by laws, which states that: In case a Board Member leaves office before the end of his/her term, the Board will have the authority to chose a replacement member, who will exercise with the full authority of an elected Board Member for a period not exceeding one calendar year till the next General Assembly.

There were three candidates running for the Board, these were: 1) Mr. Nikoloz Mchedlishvili - Corporate Affairs & Communications Manager at JTI, Georgia; 2)
Mr. Daniyar Koshenov - Head of CORA Caucasus, BAT Georgia; Mr. Michael Saunders- Chief Executive Officer, Saunders Group Ltd. With the majority of votes, Nikoloz Mchedlishvili was elected as a new board member.
