March 2, 2011 - Parliament Business Council

ICC Georgia became a member of Business Council at Parliament of Georgia. The first official meeting was held on March 2, 2011. The main objective of the Council is facilitating partnership and cooperation between government and private sector. Parliament of Georgia is ready to consider all hurdles impeding businesses and provide assistance to remove them.

February 11, 2011 - ICC Seminar

On February 10 and 11, 2011 ICC Georgia has organized seminar on Incoterms 2010 (the new revised ICC International Commercial Terms - delivery terms used in international and domestic trade) and Documentary Credits. The event was held at Radisson Blu Iveria and more than 40 various company representatives participated. The training was conducted by Mr. Pavel Andrle from ICC headquarters Banking Commission.

December 21, 2010

On the 21st of December an official meeting took place in the ministry of finance. The ICC board members were invited by the minister of finance – Mr. Kakha Baindurashvili, to discuss new initiatives concerning the enhancement of business environment in Georgia.

To bid farewell to ICC First Vice-Chairman and to the Executive Director, The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) hosted an event for its member companies at Hotel Betsy.
Mr. Fady Asly, Chairman of ICC, expressed his gratitude to ICC’s First Vice-President Mr. Gilbert Hie and to the Executive Director Ms. Rusiko Dzigrashvili for their commitment to ICC and the work they have carried out for the organization during the last 3 years.

ICC-Georgia meets Tbilisi Mayor Gigi Ugulava 

Tbilisi Mayor Giorgi Ugulava met with members of the International Chamber of Commerce - Ugulava introduced the implemented and ongoing projects and focused on the necessity to support businesses.
President of ICC Georgia Fady Asly in his introduction note highlighted the huge progress in the development of the city since the past years.
