New requirements for higher and vocational education have emerged, reflected in the need to create focused, practice-oriented programs that focus on the use of modern technologies and decision-oriented management methods.<\/p>\n<p>Also interesting and noteworthy is the new perception of the need for education, which is well reflected in the various functions of organizations. The lower the hierarchy, the narrower the focus becomes on practical, vocational education, while in top management general and broad education (also often only practical) professionals are considered.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eOne of the main goals of HR committee at ICC Georgia, is strengthening the function of strategic HR management. Human capital development and its effective management is one of strategic directions under HR department. Therefore, HR committee maintains the close cooperation with other commissions in order to create the synergy and support organizations in their further sustainable development.\u201c \u2013 <strong>Salome Argvliani, Chair of HR Commission.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This kind of collaboration has been established between the HR Committee and the Education Committee, with an aim to connect educational institutions, training and vocational centers and HR professionals. The main role of the HR Committee is to identify and analyze the needs for professional as well as vocational education in organizations, for the satisfaction of which the Education Committee, in turn, will mobilize vocational education and training centers, raise awareness about their services and programs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Within the framework of the mentioned cooperation, activities are planned in several directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identification and analyzes of needs in organizations toward career and professional development<\/li>\n<li>Creating platform for raising the awareness on divers training programs.<\/li>\n<li>Organizing workshops to support the quality improvement of educational institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-separator
