First of all, please tell us about your success story, what stages you went through, what difficulties you faced and what stage you are at now?<\/strong><\/p>\n
My career life is divided into two independent stages. My previous work had no connection with the current one. For 15 years, I worked in a large, very successful, international company, in the corporate direction. After the dissolution of this company, I decided to end my career here as an employee and create my own business with my own values and passion. This is how my first brand “Emocia” was created, which included “Emocia Wines” and “Wine Diamond”. My first challenge was to transform into an entrepreneur. Having your own business, when you are responsible for each process yourself and you have to do everything yourself – is quite a difficult and stressful process, but at the same time, it is extremely pleasant and motivating. I enjoyed each new day in a different way, and the results of the nights spent at work soon became obvious. The first thing I did was to draw a logo with my own hands and create a slogan with the hashtag: “GiveYourEmotion” which was quickly and lovingly adopted by our customer. After that, I graduated from the wine school “Kabiston” and from there started a new direction of my business, which I dedicated to Georgian wine. I decided to create a product that has no analogues and would be the best and proud gift from Georgia! “Emocia Wines” is such a unique brand, each of its souvenirs has the inscription: “Created in Georgia” and is accompanied by an English-language passport, where there are important information about Georgia, as the oldest and very interesting state of our planet. The proud products of this brand are bronze and marble souvenirs, in which my crushed grapes hang from natural stones. Each grape is an analogue of a Georgian endemic grape variety. I also created wine tasting bags, in which there are my own wine glasses, and on the front are presented hand-made paintings of Georgian views and old Tbilisi. The latest product of this brand is silk scarves with a picture of a frozen wine drop seen under a microscope. We also have scarves on which our photos of Georgian wine stone are transferred. This direction has no analogues!<\/p>\n
My latest inspiration is Wine Diamond. This is a brand that I am particularly proud of and responsible for. This is a completely new invention, which can be said to have been created for the first time in the history of 8,000 years of continuous winemaking, and this great honor was given to me. I also feel that this brand is not only my property, but a great name and success for my country, as an integral part of our identity and Georgian winemaking culture.<\/p>\n
What was the biggest challenge on your career path, an obstacle that seemed insurmountable at first, but you were able to overcome?<\/strong><\/p>\n
The biggest obstacle I finally turned into a possibility was that none of the experienced winemakers believed in the idea. Tartar is the potassium salts of tartaric acid and is quite loose and unstable. These are beautiful, shiny crystals that are the same color as the color of the wine. Putting them together, preserving the color and structure, and at the same time giving them durability, was considered an absurd idea. Perhaps, that’s why it was hard for them to believe it, however, this very circumstance gave me greater motivation and desire to prove that what I thought and said I would do, I would definitely do it! Here, not only the business idea, but also my authority was at stake.<\/p>\n
What is your main motivation to keep moving forward?<\/strong><\/p>\n
After creating Wine Diamond, I am convinced that nothing is impossible. I also realized that creating new and unique things is my main credo. It is a pleasant feeling when you have to swim in the “blue ocean” surrounded by so much competition in the XXI century. My experience has convinced me that everything that is well thought out will come out, that it is not getting to the top from the beginning, but the small failures and successes leading up to it that are the most enjoyable. I consider my family as my main motivation, especially my husband, who always believes in me unconditionally and stands by my side. Thanks to him, I was able to discover a lot of strength and new abilities in myself. Here we can assure you that very soon we will create another interesting and unprecedented joint product, which will cause a great ovation!<\/p>\n
Tell us about your current activities. As we know, you have your own enterprise – “Wine Diamond”, how long have you been engaged in this activity and what are your plans for the near future?<\/strong><\/p>\n
Wine Dizmond As I mentioned earlier, it is my greatest discovery and responsibility. The brand was founded in 2021, during the pandemic. The closing of the world diverted all my attention to my work and thus created the first Georgian wine stone jewelry, which has no analogues in the world. Each product is made with Georgian wine crystal of a different year, region and harvest. No two products are the same because each stone is different in form and structure. I own a unique collection of wine crystals. This makes brand products even more interesting and exclusive. I am particularly proud to be the first person to find diamonds in these so-called wastes in the wine country, where wine has been produced for 8,000 years. Wine Diamond is popular both in Georgia, Europe and America. Last year we had visits to Estonia, France, Germany, Denmark and the USA, where we participated in a 6-day exhibition in Manhattan, New York. We have big plans this year, which are related to the promotion of the brand abroad. I am proud that among our loyal supporters, there are many high-ranking diplomats and managers of successful companies. This is a great incentive for me to determine that I have really created the best and quality product. This is also a motivation for me to continue my future activities with the same quality and attitude. I really want Wine Diamond to establish a new trend in the world fashion industry and become a separate direction in “wine jewelry”. This is my biggest goal and I will spare no effort to achieve it!<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
