First of all, please tell us about your success story, what stages you went through, what difficulties you faced and what stage you are at now?<\/strong><\/p>\n
“I’ve faced numerous challenges that have tested my perseverance and determination. Yet, I’ve always believed that every setback is an opportunity to learn and grow, and that’s precisely what I’ve done. It has been a journey of self-discovery, constant learning, and overcoming obstacles. I explored different sectors and roles to discover what truly motivated me. I have been continuously working and studying to improve myself and explore new opportunities. I’ve had to learn to navigate a complex and rapidly-changing business landscape, adapt to new technologies, and overcome obstacles that many would consider invincible.<\/p>\n
However, I realized that I wanted to use my expertise to help SMEs expand internationally. This led me to establish Globalize, a company that provides tailored international expansion solutions to SMEs. The journey has been full of ups and downs, from navigating complex regulations in foreign markets to managing the rapid growth of our company. However, our team’s dedication and hard work have helped us achieve great success. We see Globalize as a global idea, we are taking steps forward to create a global brand that will make a significant impact on our country’s economy in the near future. It’s just the beginning of our journey, and we are always thinking big.”<\/p>\n
What was the biggest challenge on your career path, an obstacle that seemed insurmountable at first, but you were able to overcome?<\/strong><\/p>\n
One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in my career was when I was appointed to manage a leading business organization in Georgia at the young age of 25. It was a great opportunity, but also a daunting one, as I had to balance my work responsibilities with my studies, family obligations, and raising two young children. However, I quickly found that success wasn’t going to come easy. At the time, I lacked experience and support, and I faced numerous obstacles that seemed insurmountable at first. There were times when I doubted myself and my abilities, but I refused to give up. I worked tirelessly to learn as much as I could about the industry and the market. Through hard work and perseverance, I was able to overcome those challenges and build a successful company. Looking back, I’m proud of what I accomplished and grateful for the lessons I learned along the way.”<\/p>\n
What is your main motivation to keep moving forward?<\/strong><\/p>\n
“My main motivation to keep moving forward is the desire to make a positive impact in the world. I believe that each of us has the power to contribute to society in meaningful ways, and I’m committed to using my skills and resources to make a difference. Whether it’s through my work with Globalize or my involvement in various social causes, I’m driven by a sense of purpose and a belief that I can help create a better future. I am passionate about helping startups and SMEs expand internationally, as I believe this can be a game-changer for their growth and success.<\/p>\n
Additionally, I’m inspired by the people around me – my family, friends, colleagues, and mentors – who push me to be my best self and support me in pursuing my goals. Their encouragement and belief in me give me the energy and motivation to keep going, even when things get tough.”<\/p>\n
As we know, you are CEO and Founder of Globalize. Tell us more about your company and your current activities there. <\/strong><\/p>\n
Globalize is a business consulting organization that I founded with my partner – Irakli Davarashvili, who have shared my vision and the aim of helping companies in Georgia and beyond to expand their business globally. Our team provides a wide range of services, currently, we are focused on helping Georgian companies to export their products and services to foreign markets and attract foreign investment to Georgia.<\/p>\n
At Globalize, we are passionate about helping businesses achieve their full potential. We work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop customized solutions that are tailored to their specific goals. Whether it’s entering a new market, or expanding their customer base, we are committed to helping our clients succeed.<\/p>\n

We are constantly thinking about new initiatives and projects that we can launch to help our clients achieve their goals.<\/p>\n
We are currently preparing for our upcoming events in New York, Silicon Valley, Tel-Aviv, Dubai, and more. At these events, we provide opportunities for startups to pitch their ventures and for Georgian exporters to showcase their products to local distributors, buyers, suppliers, members of the local diaspora, investors, and more. Our upcoming plans include establishing warehouses in various countries to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in storing and distributing their products.<\/p>\n
We also plan to continue investing in our technology and infrastructure to provide the best possible service to our clients. Overall, our goal is to become a leading provider of expansion services in the region and make a positive impact on the economy and society as a whole. We continue to deepen our expertise in international business and trade, and explore new opportunities to support SMEs in their international expansion efforts.<\/p>\n
Finally, limiting ourselves to the traditional question, what would you advise aspiring professionals and young people who are now taking their first career steps?<\/strong><\/p>\n
As someone who has gone through numerous career changes and faced many challenges, I would advise young professionals to keep an open mind and be willing to explore different paths. Don’t be afraid to take risks and try new things, even if they don’t necessarily align with your initial career goals. Additionally, always be eager to learn and improve yourself, whether it’s through formal education, mentorship, or simply taking on new challenges. And lastly, never give up on your dreams, even if it takes time and effort to achieve them. With dedication and perseverance, anything is possible.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
