At that time, not only citizen experience, but even the broader concept of customer experience was largely absent at a systemic level.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, my work involved the transformation of over 500 government services\u2014simplifying, optimizing, and embedding human-centered approaches. This was not merely about improving processes; it represented a fundamental shift\u2014from service delivery to value creation for citizens.<\/p>\n<p>In parallel, a critical component of this transformation was mindset change\u2014supporting leaders, managers, and public sector employees in adopting a new perspective, where decision-making is guided by customer voice, experience, and real human needs.<\/p>\n<p>The next significant stage in my career was the establishment of a Customer Experience function within one of the largest organizations in Georgia. However, this required an even deeper transformation\u2014shifting management mindset.<\/p>\n<p>It became essential to recognize that businesses cannot be driven solely by financial outcomes or operational metrics. True competitiveness begins where organizations systematically listen to the voice of the customer and make decisions based on that insight.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, highlighting the importance of employee experience was critical\u2014because Customer Experience does not exist in isolation; it starts with employee experience and organizational culture.<\/p>\n<p>These experiences shaped my professional philosophy, which today evolves into Experience Management\u2014where experience is not a department; it is an operating philosophy.<\/p>\n<p>Experience Management integrates UX, CX, EX, PX, and BX\u2014bringing together customer, employee, process, brand, and, depending on the industry, patient, citizen, and other stakeholder experiences into a unified system.<\/p>\n<p>At Lexden (UK), we work with organizations across the full transformation cycle\u2014consulting, research, strategy, training, and implementation. Lexden is an internationally recognized organization, with multiple award-winning CXM programs, and its Mini MBA in CXM stands out as one of the most practical and results-oriented programs, enabling direct knowledge transfer into the workplace.<\/p>\n<p>At XMGlobal Collaborative, where I serve as a Subject Matter Expert and President of the Georgia Chapter, I focus on building a professional ecosystem grounded in knowledge development, collaboration, mentorship, and global connection.<\/p>\n<p>Our goal is to break down functional silos and strengthen cross-functional collaboration\u2014because the most impactful experiences are created at the intersection of UX, CX, EX, PX, and BX.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, mindset plays a critical role. That is why, at Lexden, we have developed the Customer CentrIQ\u2122 tool, which enables individuals and organizations to assess and understand their level of customer-centric mindset.<\/p>\n<p>My professional contributions have been recognized globally\u2014I was ranked #12 among the Top 150 Customer Experience Professionals worldwide (CXMStars 2026), I serve as a Judge for the International Customer Experience Awards (ICXA) for the second consecutive year, and I have been named among the \u201cAwesome Women to Follow in CX\u201d (Top 73 globally). I am also a member of the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), actively engaged in global initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Today, my primary focus is scaling impact\u2014advancing Experience Management as a strategic discipline that defines not only organizational performance, but also broader competitiveness at a systemic level.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In your view, what value does CX bring for organizations that are in the early stages of adopting these practices, and how can it influence their operational effectiveness?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Customer Experience is not a service improvement initiative\u2014it is a transformation of value creation.<br \/>\nCX enables organizations to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>increase customer loyalty and lifetime value<\/li>\n<li>reduce operational inefficiencies and process waste<\/li>\n<li>strengthen emotional connection with the brand<\/li>\n<li>drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Today, CX is part of Experience Management integrating UX, CX, EX, PX, and BX.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tell us more about your work at Lexden and how you are applying your international experience in your role leading XMGlobal Collaborative in Georgia?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At Lexden CX (UK), our team works with organizations across the full transformation cycle\u2014from research and strategy to implementation, capability development, and the establishment of long-term governance models.<\/p>\n<p>We approach Customer Experience through a Customer Experience Management (CXM) lens\u2014treating it not as a standalone function, but as an integrated management discipline. Our work combines consulting, research, strategic design, and training, enabling organizations not only to define their CX vision, but also to implement it in a structured, measurable, and sustainable way.<\/p>\n<p>One of Lexden\u2019s key differentiators is its international recognition and multiple award-winning CXM programs, including the Mini MBA in CXM. This program stands out for its strong practical orientation\u2014participants gain tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can be directly applied in their day-to-day work, ensuring immediate and lasting impact.<\/p>\n<p>At the same time, my work within XMGlobal Collaborative extends beyond individual projects and focuses on building a professional ecosystem. Here, UX, CX, EX, PX, and BX are no longer treated as separate disciplines, but as interconnected components of a unified system.<\/p>\n<p>Within this platform, we actively strengthen cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and professional development. We collaborate with organizations, leaders, and international partners who are ready to move beyond siloed thinking and adopt integrated, experience-driven management models.<\/p>\n<p>This dual role\u2014operating within a global consulting environment while simultaneously developing a professional ecosystem\u2014enables me to bridge strategy and community, ensuring that transformation is not only designed, but also scaled and sustained.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is your primary goal when delivering professional training programs focused on CX and leadership development, and how do you evaluate the results of these initiatives?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The objective of my programs and development initiatives is not knowledge transfer, but the transformation of mindset, behavior, and organizational capability.<br \/>\nI work across multiple domains\u2014including Customer Experience,Employee Experience, leadership, management, Customer Success, Customer Service, cross-functional collaboration, and team effectiveness. These areas are deeply interconnected and form a unified system that drives overall organizational performance.<\/p>\n<p>My approach is grounded in the belief that real transformation begins with a shift in mindset\u2014how leaders think, how they perceive their role, and how they make decisions in creating value for customers.<\/p>\n<p>In this context, team building plays a critical role\u2014not as a one-time activity, but as a strategic enabler of trust, collaboration, and team synergy. What truly differentiates successful professionals is the ability to think systemically, understand people, and make decisions in complex and dynamic environments.<\/p>\n<p>Do not limit yourself to a single role or discipline. Seek diverse experiences\u2014across industries, positions, and contexts. This will significantly broaden your perspective and enable you to make more informed and impactful decisions.<\/p>\n<p>Equally important is ownership. Do not wait for a title or formal authority to create impact. Leadership begins the moment you take responsibility for outcomes\u2014regardless of your role.<\/p>\n<p>Work consciously on your mindset, because ultimately it is the way you think that shapes how you see opportunities, respond to challenges, and create value.<br \/>\nFinally, understand that success is not measured by position, but by the impact you create.<\/p>\n<p>Real leadership is defined by influence, consistency, and the ability to drive meaningful and sustainable change\u2014at any level.<\/p>\n<p>Ultimately, transformation is not driven by processes alone\u2014it is driven by how
