Please see the Interview with Nino Tsitsilashvili – Access Group International (AGI) – Director

First of all, please share your success story with us. What stages have you experienced, what challenges have you encountered, and what stage are you currently at?

My journey to success spans 25 years, during which I held various positions after completing my studies. My first place of employment holds many fond memories, as it involved interacting with numerous experienced professionals, state officials, and international organizations. It was there that I learned to work effectively under pressure. Despite being employed, I never stopped learning, continuously pursuing certification courses in HR management, accounting, financial management, and auditing. I have worked as both an assistant and chief accountant in different companies.

I am now the director of the LTD AGI which is part of a multinational holding group operating in 5 continents with multiple businesses , and it brings me great happiness to have the honor of holding this position.

What do you believe are the key qualities that make an effective leader in a finance team?

When leading a financial team, it is very important to know the specifics and legislation of the field of work. You should also recognize that the success of the company depends on the proper functioning of the financial team and the timely response to any shortcomings. The leader of the financial team must be responsible, attentive to details, and organized. They must also be a team player and possess the ability to work under pressure, without being afraid of difficulties.

Tell us more about your work at LTD “AGI”.  What does being part of this team mean to you and what do you believe is the most important goal of the company?

I joined the AGI team in 2022, and it is a place where I feel surrounded by true friends. Women, and workers’ rights are well-protected.

AGI Holding is a fast growing enterprise in multiple businesses as well as full exposure to multiple countries.

 The founder of our company, Dr. Saddedine Mneimne, is the best employer and a true business leader. He consistently sees the potential in his employees, and I have learned a great deal from him—and continue to do so.

AGI is a honey producer and manufacturer, and we are the leading exporter in Georgia. We have successfully exported a significant amount of honey to the United Arab Emirates. With our own factory and land, we are planning to expand soon to make an ICONIC HONEY honey factory and training center . Our goal is to introduce our 100% natural Georgian products to the international market.

What is your primary source of motivation in your professional life?

My main source of motivation is the drive to achieve my set goals. Every successful step strengthens me to overcome the next obstacle.

Finally, to wrap up with the traditional question, what advice would you give to the next generation of aspiring professionals and young people taking their first steps in their careers?

My advice to them is to never give up and never lose faith in yourself. Everyone faces setbacks in life, but what truly matters is how quickly you rise from them. Be unafraid of difficulties, stay sincere, be considerate in your work, and remain honest and purposeful.

პირველ რიგში, გთხოვთ, მოგვიყვეთ თქვენი წარმატების ისტორიის შესახებ. რა ეტაპები გაიარეთ, რა სირთულეებს გადააწყდით და რა ეტაპზე ხართ ახლა? 

ჩემი წარმატების გზა 25 წელს ითვლის, სტუდენტობის შემდეგ ვმუშაობდი სხვადასხვა პოზიციებზე. ჩემი პირველი სამუშაო ადგილი ძალიან კარგ მოგონებებთანაა დაკავშირებული, ბევრ გამოცდილ ადამიანთან, სახელმწიფო პირთან და საერთაშორისო ორგანიზაციებთან ურთიერთობა გვიწევდა, იქ ვისწავლე როგორ მემუშავა დაძაბულ რეჟიმშიც. მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ვიყავი დასაქმებული არასდროს შემიწყვეტია სწავლა, გავიარე მრავალი სასერთიფიკატო კურსი, HR მენეჯმენტი, ბუღალტერია, ფინანსური მართვა, აუდიტი. ვმუშაობდი სხვადასხვა კომპანიებში როგორც დამხმარე ასევე მთავარ ბუღალტრად. 

ამ ეტაპზე ვარ კომპანი AGI-ს დირექტორი, რომელიც არის მულტიფუნქციური ჰოლდინგის წევრი და ოპერირებს 5 ქვეყანაში სხვადასხვა ბიზნესში, ძალიან ბედნიერი ვარ, რომ ამ პოზიციაზე მუშაობის პატივი მერგო.

თქვენი აზრით, რა არის ფინანსური გუნდის ეფექტური ლიდერობისთვის უმთავრესი თვისებები? 

როდესაც ფინანსური გუნდის ლიდერობას აპირებ ძალიან მნიშვნელოვანია სამუშაო სფეროს სპეციფიკის და კანონმდებლობის ცოდნა, ასევე უნდა იაზრებდე რომ კომპანიის წარმატებისთვის ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვანია ფინანსური გუნდის სწორი მუშაობა, ხარვეზებზე დროული რეაგირება. ფინანსური გუნდის ლიდერი აუცილებლად უნდა იყოს პასუხისმგებლიანი, წვრილმანების მიმართ დაკვირვებული, მოწესრიგებული, აუცილებლად უნდა იყოს გუნდურად მოთამაშე და ფლობდეს დაძაბულ რეჟიმში მუშაობის უნარს, არ უნდა ეშინოდეს სირთულეების. 

გვიამბეთ მეტი თქვენი საქმიანობის შესახებ კომპანიაში “AGI”. რას ნიშნავს თქვენთვის ამ გუნდის წევრობა და რას მიიჩნევთ კომპანიის ყველაზე მნიშვნელოვან მიზნად? 

AGI-ს გუნდს 2022 წელს შევუერთდი. ეს არის ადგილი სადაც თავს ვგრძნობ ნამდვილი მეგობრების გარემოში, კომპანია რომელშიც დასაქმებულთა შორის უმეტესობა ქალია, დაცულია მშრომელთა უფლებები. AGI Holding არის სწრაფად მზარდი საწარმო როგორც მრავალ ბიზნესში, ასევე სხვადასხვა ქვეყანაში.

ჩვენი კომპანიის დამფუძნებელი ბატონი სადედინ მნეიმნე არის საუკეთესო დამსაქმებელი, ის ყოველთვის ხედავს დასაქმებულის პოტენციალს, მისგან ძალიან ბევრი რამ ვისწავლე და დღემდე ვსწავლობ. 

ჩვენი კომპანია AGI არის თაფლის მწარმოებელი. ვართ საქართველოში ნომერ პირველი ექსპორტიორი კომპანია, რომელმაც მოახერხა და დიდი რაოდენობით თაფლი გაიტანა არაბთა გაერთიანებულ საემიროებში. გვაქვს საკუთარი ქარხანა და მიწა. ძალიან მალე ვგეგმავთ გაფართოებას. გვინდა ჩვენი ქართული 100%-იანი ნატურალური ნაწარმი გავიდეს საერთაშორისო ბაზარზე. 

რა არის თქვენთვის პროფესიულ ცხოვრებაში მოტივაციის ძირითადი წყარო? 

ჩემი მოტივაციის ძირითადი წყარო ჩემი დასახული მიზნებისკენ სწრაფვაა. ყოველი წარმატებული ნაბიჯი მაძლევს ძალას ახალი დაბრკოლების გადასალახად. 

და ბოლოს, დავასრულებთ ტრადიციული კითხვით, რას ურჩევდით მომავალი თაობის პროფესიონალებსა და ახალგაზრდებს, რომლებიც ახლა იწყებენ პირველი კარიერული ნაბიჯების გადადგმას? 

ჩემი მათდამი რჩევაა არასდროს დანებდნენ, არასდროს დაკარგონ საკუთარი თავის რწმენა, ყველას ცხოვრებაში არსებობს ვარდნა, როგორ მალე წამოდგები ესაა მთავარი. არ შეუშინდნენ სირთულეებს, იყვნენ გულწრფელები, საქმის მიმართ გულისხმიერები, პატიოსნები და მიზანდასახულები.
