First of all, please tell us about your success story, what stages you went through, what difficulties you faced, and what stage you are at now.

My success story began when I was 17 years old and a government employment program was announced. I had a great desire to start working and of course, I registered. Fortunately, I found myself in an amazing team of advertising company “Stamba Komi”. I was really lucky because it was very interesting to me and I knew, that I would always work in this field in the future.  Also, thanks to this company, I met my future husband, who also had the advertising company “Daisy”. After some time, I joined the “Daisy” team, when there were many difficulties in the company.

“Daisy” was standing in the face of closing due to financial problems, however, the love of our work made it impossible for me and my husband. Therefore, now our company is one of the most advanced in the field and we are not going to stop there. Many more successes await us and our wonderful team.

What was the biggest challenge on your career path, an obstacle that seemed insurmountable at first, but you were able to overcome?

Although we had a lot of challenges and problems, I never had a moment when I thought the problem was unsolved. Dreaming is not my style and I never expect miracles.

I always work hard and tirelessly to achieve my goal. Perhaps the most difficult was the period when all the responsibilities were on my shoulders from tidying up the office to managing the sales function, I was also the office manager, and at the end, when the products were made, I supervised the accounting part as well. On top, we had the biggest challenge, that we did not have our enterprise and machinery, so we had to outsource and it was not easy. But I believe, that not a single effort is wasted and will get the result.

What are the benefits of having women in leadership?

From my point of view, a woman is more responsible, more involved, and can control several processes at the same time. The woman is more balanced and meets obstacles relatively calmly. I am very hardworking, although we women are less risky than men. My husband and I balanced these qualities quite well, which reflected positively on the final result.

What’s the biggest factor that has helped you be successful?

I think the most important thing is not to stop and not give up, not to let anyone scare or oppress you. At the same time, you should always try to develop. “Learn until the death” is the most powerful tool.

Finally, let’s wrap up with the traditional question, what would you advise aspiring professionals and young people who are now taking their first career steps?

Always keep moving forward, don’t be afraid of obstacles. It is possible to fall many times, but once you will stand up, be sure you will be much stronger. Use every chance that life gives you, and don’t regret the mistakes you made. Take these mistakes as free lessons from life. Everything will always work out for you; the main thing is to believe in yourself and put the maximum effort into it.

პირველ რიგში, გთხოვთ, მოგვიყვეთ თქვენი წარმატების ისტორიის შესახებ, რა ეტაპები გაიარეთ, რა სირთულეებს გადააწყდით და რა ეტაპზე იმყოფებით ახლა?

ჩემი ისტორია დაიწყო მაშინ, როცა ვიყავი 17 წლის და გამოცხადდა სახელმწიფო დასაქმების პროგრამა. ძალიან დიდი სურვილი მქონდა მუშაობის დაწყების და რა თქმა უნდა დავრეგისტრირდი . საბედნიეროდ  ავღმოჩნდი არაჩვეულებრივ გუნდში. ეს იყო სარეკლამო კომპანია „სტამბა ქომი“ . ნამდვილად გამიმართლა, რადგან ეს სფერო იყო ჩემთვის ძალიან საინტერესო და ვიცოდი შინაგანად რომ ყოველთვის ამ სფეროში ვიმუშავებდი მომავალშიც.

ასევე ამ კომპანიის წყალობით გავიცანი ჩემი მომავალი მეუღლე , რომელსაც აგრეთვე ჰქონდა სარეკლამო კომპანია „დეიზი“.

გარკვეული პერიოდის მერე შევუერთდი „დეიზის“ გუნდს, თუმცა იყო ძალიან ბევრი სირთულე. „დეიზი“ იყო დაკეტვის პირას, რადგან ჰქონდა ფინანსური პრობლემები , მაგრამ ამ სფეროს სიყვარულმა მე და ჩემ მეუღლეს გაგვაკეთებინა შეუძლებელი. შესაბამისად ეხლა ჩვენი კომპანია არის ერთ ერთი მოწინავე და არ ვაპირებთ ამაზე გაჩერებას. კიდევ ბევრი წარმატება გველოდება ჩვენ და ჩვენ არაჩვეულებრივ გუნდს.

  

რა იყო ყველაზე დიდი გამოწვევა თქვენს კარიერულ გზაზე, დაბრკოლება, რომელიც თავიდან გადაულახავი გეჩვენებოდათ, მაგრამ შეძელით მისი გადალახვა?

იმის მიუხედავად რომ გამოწვევებიც და პრობლემებიც იყო უხვად, არასდროს მქონია მომენტი , როცა პრობლემა გადაუჭრელი მეგონა. ოცნება არაა ჩემი სტილი და არც არასდროს ველოდები სასწაულებს. ყოველთვის ვმუშაობ ბევრს , დაუღალავად რომ ჩემს მიზანს მივახწიო. ყველაზე რთული ალბათ იყო პერიოდი , როცა ოფისის დალაგებიდან დაწყებული, გაყიდვების ფუნქციასაც ვითავსებდი , ოფის მენეჯერიც ვიყავი და ბოლოს პროდუქციაც რომ დამზადდებოდა ბუღალტრულ ნაწილსაც ვკურირებდი. ამ ყველაფერს ერთვოდა ის რომ არ გვქონდა საკუთარი საწარმო და დანადგარები, რის გამოც გვიწევდა აუთსორსზე გატანა და ნამდვილად არ იყო ადვილი. მაგრამ ვთვლი რომ არც ერთი ძალისხმევა ფუჭად არ იკარგება და აუცილებლად გამოიღებს ნაყოფს.

 

რა ბენეფიტები მოაქვთ კომპანიისთვის ქალებს ხელმძღვანელ პოზიციებზე?

ჩემი გადმოსახედიდან ქალი გაცილებით პასუხისმგებლობიანია , მეტად ჩართულია და შეუძლია აკონტროლოს რამოდენიმე პროცესი ერთდროულად . არის უფრო გაწონასწორებული და დაბრკოლებებს შედარებით მშვიდად ხვდება. მე პირადად ვარ ძალიან შრომის მოყვარე, თუმცა ქალები ნაკლებად რისკიანები ვართ კაცებისგან განსხვავებით.  მე და ჩემმა მეუღლემ ეს თვისებები საკმაოდ კარგად დავაბალანსეთ, რაც საბოლოო შედეგზე აისახა დადებითად.

რა იყო ის უმთავრესი ფაქტორი, რომელიც დაგეხმარათ წარმატების მიღწევაში?

მთავარი ვფიქრობ, არის არასდროს არ გაჩერდე და არ დანებდე, არ მისცე უფლება ვინმეს შეგაშინოს ან დაგჩაგროს. ამავდროულად სულ უნდა ეცადო რომ განვითარდე. „სწავლა სიკვდილამდე“- არის წარმატების ყველაზე ძლიერი ინსტრუმენტი.

და ბოლოს, შემოვიფარგლებით ტრადიციული კითხვით, რას ურჩევდით დამწყებ პროფესიონალებსა და ახალგაზრდებს, რომლებიც ახლა დგამენ პირველ კარიერულ ნაბიჯებს?

ყოველთვის გააგრძელეთ გზა წინ , არ შეუშინდეთ დაბრკოლებებს. არაა გამორიცხული ბევრჯერ წაიქცეთ , მაგრამ რომ ადგებით გახსოვდეთ გაცილებით ძლიერები იქნებით.

გამოიყენეთ ყველა შანსი რასაც ცხოვრება მოგცემთ, არ ინანოთ დაშვებულ შეცდომებზე. ეს შეცდომები აღიქვით როგორც უფასო გაკვეთილები ცხოვრებისგან. ყოველთვის ყველაფერი გამოგივათ, მთავარია გჯეროდეთ საკუთარი თავის და ამისთვის მაქსიმალური ძალისხმევა ჩადეთ.
