First of all, please tell us about your success story in your career, what stages you went through and what stage you are at now ?

– First of all, I want to thank you for the interview. Career advancement isn’t all about instant wins, but history can be impressive. I decided at an early age that success would be my guide in life. No matter what obstacles I faced in my career, if it was part of the goal, I always ended up overcoming it. Since my childhood, I have been inspired by the idea that no matter how many times I lose the battle, I will surely win the war. It was with this attitude and responsibility that I became a medal-winner, I made a great contribution to the successful implementation of many conferences and projects. After graduating from school, with 100% funding, I began to receive education in the direction of Business Administration. Soon after, I won the President’s Scholarship and continued my studies with more enthusiasm. At the same time, I was teaching English to schoolchildren, which is still a challenge for me. I mean to take my knowledge outside of Georgia, which is encouraging and interesting for Georgians living in America. In view of the fact, business administration includes a lot of important issues, which is a source of constant innovation for me, I continued my studies at the University of Georgia for this reason. At the same time, due to my great interest in psychology, I completed a two-year Art-therapy program. Combining business and psychology, the process of receiving and imparting knowledge made my everyday life diverse. At the age of twenty, I started working in JSC “TBS Bank” in the direction of risks, which was a serious step for me. In addition to the banking sector, activities in the private sector are also related to leasing. During four years of tireless work, I met a lot of interesting people, we implemented important projects. In the same period, I changed the work with the construction sector in leasing to the direction of transport and shipments. It required more effort, but I was ready for a change. For more than two years now, I have been supporting various businesses from the public sector by implementing ongoing programs, which makes my area of knowledge even wider in this direction.

What was the biggest challenge on your career path, an obstacle that seemed insurmountable at first, but you were able to overcome?

– If we divide my career path into stages, I often face challenges. However, the biggest difficulty was to achieve everything by myself. I agree that making decisions on your own makes you stronger, but it takes more effort. Therefore, the balance of these processes and the unstoppable progress constantly require the successful overcoming of obstacles.

As we know you are currently representative “Enterprise Georgia”. What position and direction you work in, and in a few words, tell us about your future plans

– The beginning of my career path is related to financial institutions, although at this stage I represent the state sector. Managing programs for the development of small and medium-sized businesses involves relations with both commercial banks and leasing companies, which is directly related to my experience. Besides to current project applications, an important role in these processes is played by conducting presentations about programs in regions and cities, as well as monitoring beneficiaries in enterprises and hotels, which creates a complete picture of the current business environment. As for my future plans, part of them is related to the improvement of current activities. We are actively working in the direction of green business development, which will have a positive effect on the environment. Part of the goals relate to the improvement of knowledge of the Spanish language, as well as the development of translation skills.

What is your main motivation to keep moving forward?

– Looking back at the stages of my life, self-motivation to achieve goals always plays a huge role, along with an insatiable desire to move forward. The main driving force is the thirst for learning and development. Also, the support and trust of the people around you is a strong push to continue your career path successfully. Among them, I would single out my husband, who unconditionally believes in me and encourages me.

Finally, let’s wraup up with the traditional question, what would you advise aspiring professionals and young people who are now taking their first career steps?

– I advise aspiring professionals and young people to discover their own abilities, love what they do and never give up. They will be given a chance at the right time at the right place exactly when they are not expecting it at all.

გთხოვთ იხილოთ ინტერვიუ ნათია ბახუტაშვილთან, რომელიც არის “აწარმოე საქართველოს” პროგრამის მენეჯერი.

პირველ რიგში, გთხოვთ, მოგვიყვეთ თქვენი წარმატების ისტორიის შესახებ. რა ეტაპები გაიარეთ და რა ეტაპზე იმყოფებით ახლა?

– პირველ რიგში, მადლობა მინდა გადაგიხადოთ ინტერვიუსთვის. კარიერული წინსვლა ყოველწამიერი გამარჯვებებისგან არ შედგება, თუმცა ისტორია ნამდვილად შეიძლება იყოს შთამბეჭდავი. ადრეულ ასაკში გადავწყვიტე, რომ წარმატება ყოფილიყო ჩემი ცხოვრების მეგზური. რა წინააღმდეგობაც არ უნდა შემხვედროდა კარიერის მანძილზე, თუ ეს მიზნის ნაწილი იყო, ყოველთვის სრულდებოდა გადალახვით. ბავშვობიდან შთაგონებული ვარ იმ აზრით, რომ რამდენჯერაც არ უნდა დავმარცხდე ბრძოლაში, ომში აუცილებლად გავიმარჯვებ. სწორედ ამ შემართებითა და პასუხისმგებლობით გავხდი მედალოსანი, დიდი წვლილი შევიტანე არაერთი კონფერენციისა და პროექტის წარმატებით განხორციელებაში. სკოლის დამთავრებისთანავე 100%-იანი დაფინანსებით დავიწყე ბიზნესის ადმინისტრირების მიმართულებით განათლების მიღება. მალევე პრეზიდენტის სტიპენდია მოვიპოვე და მეტი ენთუზიაზმით გავაგრძელე სწავლა. ამავდროულად, სკოლის მოსწავლეებს ვამეცადინებდი ინგლისურ ენაში, რაც დღემდე ჩემთვის გამოწვევაა. ვგულისხმობ საქართველოს ფარგლებს გარეთ ჩემი ცოდნის გატანას, რაც ამერიკაში მცხოვრები ქართველებისთვის წამახალისებელი და საინტერესოა. ვინაიდან ბიზნესის ადმინისტრირება მოიცავს უამრავ მნიშვნელოვან საკითხს, რაც ჩემთვის მუდმივად სიახლის მიღების წყაროა, ამ მოტივით გავაგრძელე სწავლა საქართველოს უნივერსიტეტში. პარალელურად, ფსიქოლოგიისადმი დიდი ინტერესის გამო, არტთერაპიის ორ წლიანი პროგრამა გავიარე. ბიზნესისა და ფსიქოლოგიის გაერთიანებამ, ცოდნის მიღებისა და გაცემის პროცესმა მრავალფეროვანი გახადა ჩემი ყოველდღიურობა. ოცი წლის ასაკში დავიწყე მუშაობა სს „თიბისი ბანკში“ რისკების მიმართულებით, რაც ჩემთვის სერიოზული ნაბიჯი იყო. კერძო სექტორში საქმიანობა საბანკო სფეროს გარდა უკავშირდება ლიზინგსაც. ოთხ წლიანი დაუღალავი შრომის პროცესში, უამრავ საინტერესო ადამიანს შევხვდი, განვახორციელეთ მნიშვნელოვანი პროექტები. ამავე პერიოდში ლიზინგში სამშენებლო სექტორთან მუშაობა ტრანსპორტისა და გადაზიდვების მიმართულებით შევცვალე. ეს მეტ ძალისხმევას მოითხოვდა, თუმცა ცვლილებებისთვის მზად ვიყავი. უკვე ორ წელზე მეტია საჯარო სექტორიდან ვგულშემატკივრობ და მხარეს ვუჭერ სხვადასხვა ბიზნესს მიმდინარე პროგრამების განხორციელებით, რაც ჩემი ცოდნის არეალს კიდევ უფრო ფართოს ხდის ამ მიმართულებით.

რა იყო ყველაზე დიდი გამოწვევა თქვენს კარიერულ გზაზე, დაბრკოლება, რომელიც თავიდან გადაულახავი გეჩვენებოდათ, მაგრამ შეძელით მისი გადალახვა?

– ეტაპებად თუ დავყოფთ კარიერულ გზას, ხშირად ვდგავარ ხოლმე გამოწვევების წინაშე. თუმცა ყველაზე დიდი სირთულე მაინც ყველაფრის ჩემით მიღწევა აღმოჩნდა. ვიზიარებ იმ აზრს, რომ გადაწყვეტილებების დამოუკიდებლად მიღება აძლიერებს ადამიანს, მაგრამ ძალისხმევაც მეტია საჭირო. შესაბამისად, ამ პროცესების ბალანსი და შეუჩერებლად წინსვლა მუდმივად მოითხოვს დაბრკოლებების წარმატებით გადალახვას.

როგორც ვიცით ამ ეტაპზე წარმოადგენთ „აწარმოე საქართველოს“. რა პოზიციაზე, რა მიმართულებით მუშაობთ და რამდენიმე სიტყვით, გვითხარით თქვენი სამომავლო გეგმების შესახებ

– ჩემი კარიერული გზის დასაწყისი ფინანსურ ინსტიტუტებს უკავშირდება, თუმცა ამ ეტაპზე სახელმწიფო სექტორს წარმოვადგენ. მცირე და საშუალო ბიზნესის განვითარების მიმართულებით პროგრამების მართვა გულისხმობს როგორც კომერციულ ბანკებთან, ასევე, სალიზინგო კომპანიებთან ურთიერთობას, რაც პირდაპირ კავშირშია ჩემს გამოცდილებასთან. გარდა მიმდინარე საპროექტო განაცხადებისა, ამ პროცესებში მნიშვნელოვან როლს თამაშობს რეგიონებსა და ქალაქებში პროგრამების შესახებ პრეზენტაციების ჩატარება, ასევე, საწარმოებსა და სასტუმროებში ბენეფიციარების მონიტორინგი, რაც არსებული ბიზნეს-გარემოს სრულ სურათს ქმნის. რაც შეეხება ჩემს სამომავლო გეგმებს, მათი ნაწილი მიმდინარე საქმიანობის გაუმჯობესებასთან არის დაკავშირებული. აქტიურად ვმუშაობთ მწვანე ბიზნესის განვითარების მიმართულებით, რაც დადებითად იმოქმედებს გარემოზე. მიზნების ნაწილი კი ეხება როგორც ესპანური ენის ცოდნის ამაღლებას, აგრეთვე, მთარგმნელობითი უნარების განვითარებას.

რა არის თქვენი მთავარი მოტივაცია წინსვლის გასაგრძელებლად?

– ჩემი ცხოვრების ეტაპებს თუ გადავხედავთ, მიზნების მისაღწევად თვითმოტივაცია ყოველთვის უდიდეს როლს ასრულებს წინსვლის დაუოკებელ სურვილთან ერთად. მთავარი მამოძრავებელი ძალა სწავლის და განვითარების წყურვილია. ასევე, გარშემომყოფების მხარდაჭერა და ნდობა ძლიერი ბიძგია კარიერული გზის წარმატებით გასაგრძელებლად. მათ შორის გამოვარჩევდი ჩემს მეუღლეს, რომელსაც უპირობოდ სჯერა ჩემი და მამხნევებს.

და ბოლოს, შემოვიფარგლებით ტრადიციული კითხვით, რას ურჩევდით დამწყებ პროფესიონალებსა და ახალგაზრდებს, რომლებიც ახლა დგამენ პირველ კარიერულ ნაბიჯებს?

– დამწყებ პროფესიონალებსა და ახალგაზრდებს ვურჩევ, რომ აღმოაჩინონ საკუთარი შესაძლებლობები, სიყვარულით აკეთონ სასურველი საქმე და არასოდეს დანებდნენ. საჭირო დროს საჭირო ადგილას ზუსტად მაშინ მიეცემათ შანსი, როცა საერთოდ არ ელოდებიან.
